Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted and purified from a Japanese food called natto. Natto is made from fermented soybeans and has been eaten in Japan for about a thousand years. Natto is produced through fermentation by adding the bacterium Bacillus natto to boiled soybeans. Nattokinase not found in soy foods other than natto, since nattokinase is produced through a specific fermentation process. Nattokinase thins the blood and helps break up blood clots.

Directions:
For Adults, take two (2) tablets two times a day about 30 minutes after meal.
